Reflecting the University's Vision
To reflect on Juneteenth Intercontinental University's vision to transform lives, some effective strategies include analyzing the institution's mission statement and core values, reviewing the testimonials and success stories of alumni, conducting surveys to gather feedback from students and faculty, collaborating with community organizations to assess the impact of the university's programs and initiatives, and continuous monitoring and evaluating the institution's progress towards achieving its goals. These strategies are supported by research on effective practices in higher education and organizational development (Hodge, 2014; Kezar & Lester, 2019; McNair, Albertine, & Linton, 2016; Zepeda, 2019).
