ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE FINANCE COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION HEALTHCARE POLITIC LEGAL COORDINATION

Finance Department (FD)
The FD is responsible for acquiring funds for CODCCHA, managing funds within the organization and planning for the expenditure of funds on various assets.

Public Relations (PR)
The public relations role calls for developing communications objectives that are consistent with the CODCCHA's overall objectives.

Development and Innovation (D&I)
The mandate of the D&I is to foster a growing, competitive, and knowledge-based Haitian economy. The D&I specifically supports Haitian development and innovation efforts, trade and investment, business growth and personalized economic development in Haitian communities.

Education and Continuing Education (ECE)
CODCCHA partners with Juneteenth Intercontinental University and its affiliates to provide skills training to its members to ensure they receive formal and continuing training to improve their basic skills. The Confederation aims to maintain the employability of its qualified members, improve the performance of companies, and make them less vulnerable to market changes.

Healthcare Office (HO)
CODCCHA helps its members access better quality care more efficiently through solutions and services such as electronic medical records, virtual-homecare, virtual visits, and patient portals.

Office of Political Affairs (OPA)
The Office of Political Affairs analyzes Haitian political developments and other political issues, monitors conflicts, and consults on mediation measures, as well as other development strategies. OPA writes reports to ensure communication with government agencies and to develop policies and methods of implementation.

Legal Advice (LA)
The Legal advice Office is to give professional or formal opinion to CODCCHA members regarding the substance or procedure of the law in relation to a particular factual situation. The members can opt for legal representation membership for any legal issue they may have.

General Coordination Office (GCO)
The General Coordination Office is responsible for unification, integration, synchronization of the efforts of group members so as to provide unity of action in the pursuit of common goals. It is a hidden force which binds all the other functions of management at CODCCHA.
