JIU Foundation or school reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Membership fees and event payments are non-refundable, with the exception of certain extenuating circumstances. Members must adhere to the Foundation and the University integrity policies and may face disciplinary action for violations. The school does not guarantee job placement or licensure. By enrolling, members agree to abide by all school and foundation policies and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. The school or the Foundation is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred on campus or during the Foundation/school-sponsored activities.
